Personal Data Protection
Davima Motors S.L. is the entity responsible for the data file generated with the personal data provided by users of its website. In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, Davima Motors S.L. undertakes to comply with its obligation of confidentiality with respect to personal data and the duty to process it confidentially, in order to properly manage the issuance of invoices, quotes, related documents, and other information requested by you. Likewise, we inform you that your data will be processed confidentially in order to manage, administer, and provide you with the requested services, execute contracts, and tailor the service to your preferences.
Furthermore, we may offer services or products and send you information about new products or services, as well as administrative, technical, organizational, and/or commercial information, in both paper and electronic format, related to the activities of DAVIMA MOTORS S.L. Data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection by sending a written communication, along with a photocopy of their national identity document (DNI), to DAVIMA MOTORS S.L., N-340, km 1052, 12500 Vinaròs, or to the email address info@davima.net.
Minors
Davima Motors, S.L. considers the protection of personal data essential. Therefore, if the user is a minor, they may only provide their personal data in the data collection forms with the prior consent of their parents or guardians. This consent must be provided by sending the corresponding form, duly signed by the parents or guardians, by certified mail along with a copy of the signing parent or guardian’s DNI to the Davima Motors, S.L. address indicated above. Davima Motors, S.L. is not responsible for data of minors that may have been provided without the consent of their parents or guardians, without Davima Motors, S.L.’s knowledge.
Privacy Policy Changes
Davima Motors, S.L. reserves the right to modify its Privacy Policy at its own discretion, or due to changes in the doctrine of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, or legislative or jurisprudential changes. Any modification to the Privacy Policy will be published at least ten days before it takes effect. Use of the Website after such changes will imply acceptance of them.

You can drive with a driving licence. 23 years or older and have the car licence for 2 years or more.

Included Davima takes care of the professional cleaning of the vehicles.
It will be compulsory to contract EU insurance to travel outside national territory (and within the European Union), the responsibility of contracting this insurance falls on the lessee.
At the time of collection of the vehicle, a deposit by credit card is required for an amount equal to the excess (Campers K3 and K4: € 750). This deposit will be refunded if the vehicle is returned in the same conditions in which it was delivered. In case of extra kilometres, the cost of these will be subtracted from the amount to be returned from the deposit. In the event of damage to the vehicle, the cost of repairs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded from the deposit.
Only one driver will be registered, in order for a second driver to be able to drive, it will be compulsory to contract the “additional driver” option.
Kilometres included Unlimited in Spain and Portugal.
Outside Spain maximum 3.000 km included. 0,30€ per additional km.
You can reschedule your rental without penalty or cancel it, with or without fees, depending on the notice period.

It will be compulsory to contract EU insurance to travel outside national territory (and within the European Union), the responsibility of contracting this insurance falls on the lessee. The client must inform Davima of his intention to travel to destinations within the EU in advance of his trip.

The amount paid for “Cleaning and disinfection” does not include cleaning associated with misuse. In the event that extra cleaning is required due to misuse, the equivalent amount for cleaning shall be paid by the user.
The presence of animals in our vans is only permitted if there is a prior agreement with the company, which includes payment of the corresponding supplement (€60).
If, upon returning the vehicle, it is discovered that an animal has traveled without prior arrangement and without payment of the supplement, a penalty of €100 will be applied. This is because, when animals have been on board, we need more time between rentals to properly disinfect the vehicle.
The agreed supplement includes specific disinfection resulting from the presence of animals, but does not cover damage that they may cause.
