Campervans rental

At the time of collection of the vehicle, a deposit by credit card is required for an amount equal to the excess (Campers K3 and K4: € 750). This deposit will be refunded if the vehicle is returned in the same conditions in which it was delivered. In case of extra kilometres, the cost of these will be subtracted from the amount to be returned from the deposit. In the event of damage to the vehicle, the cost of repairs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded from the deposit.

Only one driver will be registered, in order for a second driver to be able to drive, it will be compulsory to contract the “additional driver” option.

Kilometres included Unlimited in Spain and Portugal.

Outside Spain maximum 3.000 km included. 0,30€ per additional km.

Category K vehicles (Camper): Free cancellation with a 100% refund of the amount up to 15 days before the reserved dates. When there are less than 15 days left for the reserved dates, the reservation can be rescheduled in the next 12 months free of charge or canceled with a refund of 50% of the amount.

Cancellations due to major causes will not be penalised. Major causes are considered to be reasons that prevent the reservation holder from making the trip, these reasons must be justified without exception (e.g.: illness of the reservation holder, restriction due to close COVID contact, death of a family member, accident of the reservation holder…).

It will be compulsory to contract EU insurance to travel outside national territory (and within the European Union), the responsibility of contracting this insurance falls on the lessee. The client must inform Davima of his intention to travel to destinations within the EU in advance of his trip.

The amount paid for “Cleaning and disinfection” does not include cleaning associated with misuse. In the event that extra cleaning is required due to misuse, the equivalent amount for cleaning shall be paid by the user.

As a general rule, animals are not allowed in our vehicles, with the exception of specific conditions agreed with our company in advance. Failure to comply with this condition will result in an extra cost of 150€ (or more depending on the condition) corresponding to the cost of cleaning and disinfection.
