Tortosa belongs to the province of Tarragona and is a city with a very pleasant Mediterranean climate throughout the year. It is the capital of the low Ebre (Baix Ebre) region.
It is a city to enjoy the outdoors, monuments, culture and gastronomy. It has a broad historical complex, among them highlights the castle of San Juan or La Zuda, an impressive strength built by the Muslimantes where there is currently a tourist hostel.
A possible route could include visiting the Cathedral of Tortosa, the prince’s gardens, visiting the Jewish neighborhood and making a bike route through the Zafán Val.
